Weekends are perfect when you eat some hot breakfast like poha, upma,, idli chutney, uttapa etc. Idli chutney is my favorite. Its filling, healthy and quick. Just make the chutney in advance or and u are all set. So start working on the chutney its just takes a couple of minutes.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 sliced raw mango
  • 1/3 cup corriander leaves
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon roasted chana dal
  • 1 teaspoon corriander seeds
  • 2 pinch jeera
  • Salt
  • 1/2 spoon sugar
  • Water
Tempering
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • 1 spoon chana dal
  • 1 spoon urad dal
  • Turmeric
  • Hing
Process->In a blender add roasted peanuts, raw mango, corriander leaves, green chillies, roasted chana dal, corriander seeds, jeera, salt and sugar. Grind to a smooth paste adding water slowly as per your required consistency. In a small tadka pan add 2 spoon oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chana dal, urad dal, turmeric and hing. As the tadka splutters pour on the chutney. Serve with idli or dosa.

Note->Adjust the quantity of raw mango depending on the sourness of the fruit.
