Try cooking two or three vegetables with minimal spices you are going to to get a new taste every single time. That is the fun in cooking. No specific method no rules that's what cooking is. Green beans cauliflower fry is an quick crunchy fry. Cook as you cut it the method I used in making this bhaaji.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
- 3/4 cup sliced green beans
- 3/4 cup sliced onions
- 3/4 cup diced tomato
- 1 spoon grated ginger
- 1 spoon dhaniya jeera powder
- Red chilli powder
- Garam masala
- Turmeric
- Curry leaves
- Jeera
- Salt
- Oil
- Corriander leaves
Process->In a non-stick skillet pour 3 spoons oil and heat. Add jeera, curry leaves, onion and ginger. Saute the onion and add tomato and cook it pulpy. Sprinkle turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder and saute with the onions. Add the florets and green beans and toss with the spices. Adjust salt and cook the fry on a medium flame. Do not add water in the fry. When the vegetables are half cooked add garam masala and cook. Garnish with corriander leaves once it is cooked. Serve with chapati or rice.
