Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 medium potato
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 3 green chillies
- 1 medium onion sliced
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Jeera
- Hing
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Corriander leaves
Process->In a pan add oil. Once it is heated add jeera, curry leaves,hing, green chillies and let it splatter. Next add the onions, ginger and turmeric and stir fry for couple of minutes until it is cooked. First add the chopped potato and steam it for couple of minutes. Next add chopped cabbage and salt. Cook the fry until its well done. Finally garnish it with corriander and serve with phulka or chapati.
