Veggie fried rice



Fried rice is one my favorites. As you add lots of vegetables it’s healthy. It’s a quick fix dinner but yet special for Friday nights. Cutting the vegetables in small cubes adds a lot of color and flavor to the rice.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup rice 
  • 1/2 diced capsicum
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 5 spring onions cut
  • 1/3 cup peas
  • 1/3 cup corn 
  • 1/2 cup cut green beans
  • 4 spoons soy sauce
  • 2-3 long slit green chillies
  • salt
  • 3 spoons oil
Process->Cook the white rice .Take oil in pan and when hot adds green chillies and onion from spring onion. Stir on a high flame. In that add carrots, green beans and stir for 2mins. In that add corn, capsicum and salt and cook the vegetables till they are slightly tender. Add the soy sauce and slowly mix the rice in it. Once the rice is nicely mixed with the vegetables and soy sauce just before switching off the flame add spring onions. Serve hot
