Fried rice is one my favorites. As you add lots of vegetables it’s
healthy. It’s a quick fix dinner but yet special for Friday nights. Cutting the
vegetables in small cubes adds a lot of color and flavor to the rice.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup
rice
- 1/2
diced capsicum
- 1
diced carrot
- 5
spring onions cut
- 1/3
cup peas
- 1/3
cup corn
- 1/2
cup cut green beans
- 4
spoons soy sauce
- 2-3
long slit green chillies
- salt
- 3
spoons oil
