Spring onion or we say in Marathi kandyachi paata is a very popular leafy vegetable in India. It is used for fried rice, soups, paratha, curries etc.
- 1 bunch of spring onion
- 1/2 cup Gram flour
- Red chilli powder
- Pinch of Hing
Process->Take oil in a pan when hot add hing and turmeric. After that add the chopped spring onion salt and red chilli powder. Cook it on the medium high flame stirring continuously. Meanwhile roast the besan atta in a different pan on a slow flame till the raw smell is gone. When the water from the spring onion bhaaji evaporates slowly add the besan atta and mix it properly. Place a lid and then let the bhaaji cook . Try to make the bhaaji dry.
