Green beans pulao is the easiest rice which you can make. Not every pulao has to be spicy, greasy and loaded with garam masala. This pulao has minimal spices and the green beans give light crunch to the soft rice. Serve it with masala papad or raita a perfect accompaniment.
- 1 cup green beans sliced
- 1 cup rice
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 spoon biryani powder
Process->Add oil to a heated pan. Now add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Next add the green beans, turmeric, salt, biryani powder and toss it for 3-4 minutes. Add the rice and hot water and drizzle one spoon ghee and salt as per taste. Place a lid on the pan and cook it. Once the rice is cooked turn off the flame.Enjoy it hot.
