Chapati laddu is an easy sweet and very healthy. The dry fruits give a crunch to the soft laddu. Use fresh chapati for the laddu. The jaggery and ghee will bind the small chapati pieces together. If you don't want to make laddu you can eat it like a sweet mixture.
- 5 chapati's
- 1/4 cup grated jaggery
- 5 spoons ghee
- 5-6 almonds
- 5-6 cashews
Process->Break the chapati in tiny pieces. Add the grated jaggery on the chapati mixture and ghee. Mix the mixture properly with your hands. Next add the dry fruits in the laddu mixture. Make small laddu from the mixture.
Note->Adjust the taste of jaggery as per your choice.
