Chole Salad

Salad as we all aware is the healthiest of all meals. This is an easy chole salad which you can pack for lunch. I have deliberately not added onions in the salad as it has a strong taste and smell. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chole
  • 1/3 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/3 cup diced capsicum
  • Corriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 green chilli
  • Salt 
  • Sugar
Tadka (optional)
  • Oil 
  • Jeera
  • Mustard seeds 
  • Curry leaves
Process->Finely dice the green chillies. In a bowl take the chole. Add the diced cucumber, capsicum, corriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, sugar and green chillies. Toss the salad mixture. 

Note->Sprinkle 2 pinches of jeera powder on the salad.
