Pudina lime juice

Lime juice or nimbu pani is one more popular homemade thirst quencher in India. It is an immediate source of vitamin C for your dehydrated guests. Fresh lime juice will always be the number one winner over all store bought juices. Add a couple of pudina leaves and it will be even for refreshing.

Ingredients
  • 1 Glass water
  • 1/2 lemon 
  • Salt 
  • Sugar
  • 10-15 pudina leaves
  • 1 pinch jeera
  • 2 pinches corriander seeds

Process->In a blender take half glass of the water, lemon juice, pudina leaves, dhaniya seeds, jeera, salt, sugar and crush it. Pour the juice in the glass and add the remaining water and stir. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Note->You strain the juice.
