One thing that I miss from my home country is street food. You
just step out of your house and from chaat corners, dosa huts, sandwich stalls etc.
you name it and you can enjoy it that very moment. I thought of trying out sev
chaat from tortilla chips. Easy to make and taste great.
Ingredients
- 20 Tortilla
Chips
- 1 medium boiled
mashed potato
- 1 small onion
diced
- 1 medium tomato
diced
- Corriander
leaves
- Sev
- Tamarind chutney
- Salt
- Red chilli powder
Process->Arrange the tortilla chips in a plate. Add some salt to the
mashed potato. And randomly sprinkle potato, onion and finally the tomato on
the tortilla chips. Drizzle the tamarind chutney on the chaat. Now add the sev
over the chaat and finally garnish with corriander leaves. Give it a dash of
red chilli powder and you are all set to start eating.
