I heard that many people make rassam from vegetable juice. Not a big rassam expert I thought will try out something simpler instead of screwing it up ....so soup was the simplest of all. Anyway I had two critics at home so had to get ready for there reaction. According to them it tasted good.
- 1 can V8 spicy vegetable juice
- 1 can water
- 1 garlic clove smashed
- Curry leaves
- Corriander leaves
Process->Add some oil to a hot vessel. Next add the curry leaves and garlic and saute it. Pour the vegetable juice and add water to the pan. Adjust the taste of salt and let it boil once. Sprinkle some corriander leaves and enjoy it hot.
Note->You can add some spice powder to the soup to just give it a kick.
