Zucchini pasta

Pasta as we all are aware originated from Italy. There are various shapes of pasta. You can make pasta salad  or combine it with vegetables or meat to make different varieties. I am telling you about zucchini pasta which we made and it turned out great.

  • 1 zucchini cubed
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups pasta
  • Pasta sauce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Olive oil 
  • Chilli flakes
Process->Drop the pasta in big pot of boiling water. Depending upon the pasta variety the cooking time varies it. Take olive oil in a big non-stick pan. Add the crushed garlic and saute it for a minute and add the onions. Toss the onion in olive oil and cook it on a medium high flame for a 3-4 minutes followed by zucchini. Don't overcook the zucchini. Add the pasta sauce and stir 2-3 minutes. Finally drain the boiled pasta and add to the sauce. Toss it and adjust the salt as per taste. Serve it hot and garnish it with parmesan cheese.

Note->Add chilli flakes on the top as per taste.
