Chick Peas Salad

Any food in the right proportion is the good but beyond that it might affect your body. One thing I like about salad is there is no need to worry about the calorie intake or cholestrol as any veggie in the raw form is good than the cooked version. Like if you eat chole masala you might be gassy after sometime but just boiled chick peas salad will give you a healthy feeling. 

Ingredients
  • 4 lettuce leaves chopped
  • 1/3 cup boiled chick peas
  • 1/3 cup tomato diced
  • 1 spoon grated cheese
  • 1 handful chowmein noodles
  • Italian dressing
Process->In a big bowl take the salad leaves, add tomatoes, chick peas, grated cheese, chowmein noodles, italian dressing and toss it and enjoy. 

Note-> Another substitute for chowmein noodles is fried hakka noodles.
