Fruity salad as the word itself means fruits and romaine lettuce tossed together. The orange and blue berries give a tangy and sweet taste to the salad. When you are eating the salad you can mystify many different flavors and textures. The fruity salad can be a meal itself.
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup boiled chick peas
- 1/3 cup blue berries
- 1/2 cup chopped orange
- 1 spoon parmesan cheese
- 2 pinches dried oregano
- 1 spoon olive oil
- Bread croutons/chowmein noodles
Process->In a big bowl add the chopped lettuce, chick peas, blue berries, peeled orange, parmesan cheese, dried oregano and olive oil. Toss the salad and add some bread croutons or chow mein noodles. Serve immediately.
Note->You can sprinkle little black pepper as per your choice.
