Mayo Salad

One thing that I enjoy about salad is chop whatever fruits and vegetables you like as per choice. Mix it and add some dressing or just salt, pepper, olive oil or lemon juice and eat it. It's a one bowl dish which does not require prior preparation and it hardly takes 5 minutes to make a salad. And it is a guilt free dish which you can enjoy eating no stopping.

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/3 cup grated carrot
  • 6-7 bread croutons
  • 1 spoon mayo
  • 1 spoon olive oil
Process->Mix the lettuce, tomatoes, carrot, olive oil and mix it. Add the mayo and give it a final toss. Finally add the bread croutons and enjoy the crunchy salad. 

Note->Add crushed black pepper to give it that spicy taste.
