Tomato Ketchup Pasta

The inspiration for this tomato ketchup pasta came from my friend sheelam. This is my version of the ketchup pasta. This pasta is easy to make and it has a different taste than regular tomato pasta which I used to make. The ginger garlic, ketchup, onion and the mixed vegetables is what give the pasta a punch.

Ingredients
  • 2 serving spaghetti
  • 6-7 spoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 small onion
  • 3/4 cup mix vegetables
  • 1-2 sliced green chillies
  • 2 garlic pods chopped
  • 2 spoons grated ginger
  • Salt
  • Oil
Process->Boil the spaghetti as usual. In a saute pan add 2 spoons oil. In that add sliced garlic, grated ginger, sliced green chillies and sliced onions and saute it. Add the mixed vegetables and cook tender. Finally add the spaghetti, salt and ketchup and toss it. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
Note->Mixed vegetables added in the pasta are peas, carrot, corn and green beans.
